The following information clearly and transparently describes the conditions governing order shipping, return procedures, and the right of withdrawal for purchases made on wholenessbeauty.com, owned by Granat sp. z o.o.

1. Shipping
Wholeness Beauty ships to Poland, the European Union, and major non-EU countries. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, except during promotional periods or high traffic, when processing may take 3-6 days.
Delivery times vary depending on the geographical area and carrier selected at purchase.
Delivery in Poland takes on average 1-3 business days, in EU countries about 3-10 business days, while international non-EU shipments require average times of 7-14 days, potentially extendable in case of customs checks or courier delays.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the shipment status in real time.
In any case, unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall take place within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation.

2. Customs Duties and International Charges
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional costs are not included in the product price. These costs are borne by the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
If the customer refuses payment of customs duties or entry of the goods is rejected, the package may return to the sender. In this case, the refund will be made deducting shipping costs and any return costs applied by logistics.

3. Failed Delivery, Recipient Absence, and Uncollected Packages
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided during the order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or failure to collect within the time provided by the courier, the shipment may be returned to Wholeness Beauty.
In case of package return, the customer may request a new shipment by assuming the redelivery costs.
If, instead, the customer decides to cancel the order, the refund will be issued withholding the expenses incurred for the initial shipping and for the return of the goods.
In the event that failed delivery is attributable to Wholeness Beauty or the courier, the new shipment will be made at no additional cost.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Regulations)
Customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without obligation to provide a reason, in compliance with EU Consumer Code regulations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to:

Upon receipt of the request, instructions for proceeding with the return will be provided.

5. Return Acceptance Conditions
For hygiene, sanitary, and cosmetic safety reasons, Wholeness Beauty can accept the return only if:
• the product is sealed, unopened, and unused
• the original packaging is intact
• the goods are returned within the times communicated by customer service
Opened, used, tested, or unsealed products cannot be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damage occurring during transport.
In the event that a return is rejected because it does not comply with the indicated conditions, the product may be sent back to the customer upon acceptance of redelivery costs.

6. Damaged or defective products
If the received product is damaged or defective, the customer must contact support within a reasonable time, attaching clear photographs and a description of the event. In case of confirmed defect, Wholeness Beauty will offer free of charge:
• product replacement
or
• total refund, including any shipping costs incurred
The customer will not bear any costs in cases of defect or error attributable to the seller or courier.

7. Return Costs and Refund Methods
In the case of a voluntary return (right of withdrawal), return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be issued only after Wholeness Beauty has received and verified the integrity and conformity of the returned products. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original order.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received the refund, please contact us at support@wholenessbeauty.com.

Average refund times are between 7 and 14 business days from receipt of the return. The refund may be denied or reduced if products are found open, damaged, used, or unsuitable for resale.
