TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
GENERAL
By placing an order on the website wholenessbeauty.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale, applicable to all commercial transactions concluded through our webshop. If you do not accept these conditions, we invite you not to proceed with the purchase. These Terms of Sale must be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use published on wholenessbeauty.com.
1. SELLER IDENTITY

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND PERMITTED USE
The products sold on the site wholenessbeauty.com are intended exclusively for personal use. It is prohibited to purchase products with the intent to resell them commercially; resell the products on marketplaces or third-party platforms without a written agreement with the Seller.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be suspicious or fraudulent; linked to unauthorized resale; multiple/serial orders for a single individual without justification.
3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The submission of the cart and payment details constitutes a purchase proposal.
The sales contract is considered concluded only when the customer receives an order confirmation email from Granat sp. z o.o.
Prior to sending the confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order in the event of evident errors (price, availability, customer data); request additional information; fully refund the amount paid in the event of inability to fulfill the order.
The customer may request the modification or cancellation of the order prior to shipment by promptly contacting customer support.
4. PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICES
Products are offered within the limits of stock availability. Some products or collections may be available online only. Prices indicated on the site are expressed in the currency shown to the customer and, for sales in Poland, include Polish VAT. For international shipments, additional taxes, duties, or customs charges may apply at the customer's expense, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. In the event of obvious errors in the price or description (e.g., a manifestly derisory price), the order may be cancelled and the customer refunded. In the event of price reductions, the lowest price applied in the preceding 30 days will be indicated.
Product prices and availability may be modified at any time, without prior notice, provided that for orders already confirmed, the prices in effect at the time of confirmation remain valid.
5. IMAGES, DESCRIPTIONS, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Wholeness Beauty is committed to representing products as accurately as possible. However: images are for illustrative purposes only; colors may vary based on settings and the user’s device; descriptions do not replace the package leaflet, the physical label, nor any medical advice.
The information provided does not in any way constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment. For skin issues or specific conditions, it is recommended to consult a doctor or dermatologist.
6. PAYMENTS, INVOICING, AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
6.1 Payment Methods
The available payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, other systems compatible with Shopify) are indicated during checkout.
The customer agrees to provide complete, correct, and up-to-date payment data; possess the legitimate ownership or authorization to use the payment instrument.
6.2 Payment Security
Payment data is processed by external providers certified according to PCI DSS standards. The Seller does not store complete payment card data.
6.3 Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the products passes to the customer only upon full payment of the price due.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND FAILURE TO COLLECT
7.1 Shipping
Products are shipped to the address indicated at the time of the order. The methods and indicative shipping times are described in the dedicated Shipping section on the site, in any case no later than 30 working days from order confirmation. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
7.2 Delays
Any delays attributable to couriers, customs controls, weather conditions, or force majeure do not constitute liability on the part of the Seller.
7.3 Failure to Collect and Return to Sender
If the package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, it may be returned to the sender; and, in the event of re-shipment, a contribution to expenses for re-sending may be requested.
If the non-delivery is attributable to an error by the Seller or the courier, the new shipment will be made at no additional cost to the customer.
7.4 International Shipments and Duties
For shipments outside the European Union any duties, customs taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer; refusal to pay such charges may result in the return of the package, with expenses that may be deducted in the event of a refund.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
8.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, subject to exceptions provided for hygiene and health protection reasons indicated below.
The right of withdrawal is exercised according to the methods described on the Returns and Refunds page of the site.
8.2 Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To be accepted, products must be sealed, intact, and unopened; the packaging must not be damaged in such a way as to prevent its resale; any gifts/promotions linked to the order may have to be returned jointly, according to the indications of customer service.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened, tested, or used cosmetics cannot be returned, except in cases of lack of conformity or damage upon arrival.
8.3 Defective or Damaged Products
In the event of a product that is defective upon delivery, damaged in transport, or not compliant with the order, the customer is required to promptly contact support@wholenessbeauty.com, preferably with photos and a description of the problem.
In such cases, the Seller will proceed to replace the product or refund the amount, without additional costs to the customer, according to internal procedures.
8.4 Return Costs
Unless due to a defect or error attributable to the Seller, shipping costs for the return are generally borne by the customer, specific methods are detailed in the Returns and Refunds section.
8.5 Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless agreed otherwise; within the times provided by current regulations and internal procedure (after receipt and verification of the returned products).
Products marked as "non-returnable," "final sale," or similar do not fall under the right of withdrawal if clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, products must conform to the contract at the time of delivery; in the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request replacement or a refund according to applicable law.
The legal guarantee of conformity has a duration of 2 years from the delivery of the product, as provided by EU Directive 2019/771.
The guarantee does not cover: damage due to improper use or use not in accordance with instructions; normal wear and tear of the product; alterations due to incorrect storage (exposure to heat, intense light, humid environments).
10. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES, AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Each discount code, promotion, or offer is valid only within the indicated period and according to the specified conditions. Discount codes are not convertible into cash and are not cumulative, unless otherwise indicated. Some categories or products (e.g., limited editions, special bundles) may be excluded from promotions. In the event of abuse or improper use of codes, the Seller may cancel the order or revoke the applied benefit.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Granat sp. z o.o. is not responsible for individual skin reactions or subjective effects resulting from the use of the products; use not in accordance with the instructions reported on the label or on the site; inadequate storage of the products by the customer; delays or impossibility of delivery due to events of force majeure, courier issues, or events beyond the Seller's control; indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of earnings, or other consequential damages.
In case of irritation or skin reaction, it is recommended to immediately discontinue use of the product and consult a specialist.
12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of customers' personal data takes place according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), and the Wholeness Beauty Privacy Policy, available on the site.

13. COMPLAINTS, CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE, AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Complaints and Assistance

The Seller undertakes to respond within a reasonable time, indicatively within 14 working days, barring exceptional situations.
13.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR)
For customers residing in the EU, it is possible to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The use of the ODR platform does not exclude the right to bring proceedings before competent courts.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All contents of the site wholenessbeauty.com (texts, images, logos, graphics, layout, packaging design, videos) are protected by copyright and registered or unregistered trademarks of Granat sp. z o.o. or the respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the contents without prior written authorization is prohibited.
15. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF SALE
Granat sp. z o.o. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Sale in whole or in part; publish the new versions on the site; apply the new Terms only to future orders.
Orders already concluded will remain governed by the conditions in force at the time of order confirmation.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These Terms of Sale are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory right of the consumer provided for by the law of their State of residence. For any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the Court of Gdańsk (Poland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law for the protection of the consumer.
